So in my many years of working in the computer field, I have played with it all. Windows, Apple, Unix, Linux you name it. So once again I and Ubuntu embrace. The current project I am working on is recompiling Ice Cream Sandwich on the Motorola Triumph. So far I have had little to no success as I have had issues with the Virtual Machine I setup not having enough resources. Also, my slow laptop which only has 1.5GB of ram it literally almost took off into orbit because the CPU fan was spinning like a monkey from building source code. Right now I am posting from my rebuilt desktop which only took about 9 minutes to install. God, I love the speed of SSD! Let’s not forget to mention it boots in less than 3 seconds!
